A Harvard study followed more than 120,000 people for a decade or more. Yogurt, all foods that were followed, was most closely related to weight loss.

Yes, grapefruit can really help you lose a few pounds, especially if you are at risk for diabetes.
Researchers at Scripps Clinic in San Diego found that when obese people ate half a grapefruit before each meal, they fell an average of 3 ½ pounds over 12 weeks. Drink grapefruit juice has the same results.
But grapefruit juice has no proven properties "fat-burning" - it can help people feel full.
