Healthy Weight Loss Recipes: Shepherd's Pie Like Mamma Use To Make

Home cooked food and meals like 'mamma use to make' are delicious but sometimes they can go a little overboard on the calorie count. This isn't good when you're on a specific weight loss routine or you're trying to lose a stone in a month, in 3 weeks or whenever. This article will show you a delicious healthy weight loss recipe for shepherd's pie which tastes just like 'mamma used to make' without all the nasty extras like excess calories, fat and feeling of remorse after eating it.
This shepherd's pie dish is one of my 'go to' healthy weight loss recipes - I love it and my clients love it too.
Twist on an old favourite:
Instead of using traditional mince meat like normal shepherds pie we are going to use turkey mince which is a lot healthier and is actually very tasty on top of that. We will also be using sweet potato for the potato topping, if you haven't tried these bad boys before you are in for a treat. Cooking oil is our oil of choice here again and this shepherd's pie is delicious and can be made in a big batch, stored in Tupperware and frozen. If you're a busy professional looking to lose a stone or more and are looking for healthy weight loss recipes this is the one for you. Yum!
